The Health & Wellbeing team are responsible for increasing Health & Wellbeing to all residents of North East Derbyshire. The service requires an enthusiastic and motivated individual, committed to excellence in their work with a passion for Community Development. The successful candidate will work at the heart of identified local communities promoting and further establishing the Walk Derbyshire programme. Develop community programmes in Clay Cross that support those that are inactive to become more active and tackle social isolation/loneliness. Collaborate with key stakeholders in the local community to take a partnership approach to your work.
